Imagine that scenario! It is usually so annoying because splashed water along the road, dirty water at that. That young man that splashed the water is very rude and not saying sorry would have led to something bad. I appreciate the humble guy that apologised to the women even when it wasn't him that splashed the water. Young people these days are arrogant although not all of them. Sorry really saved the situation
His rude attitude has given him a labeled name in the neighborhood whether he is or not. Sometimes, sorry is usually necessary and we move.
