LIFE IS PRECIOUS - How and Why?
Good evening dear Steemians, once again I have pick up my material to write and post about a very im inportant subject that bothers or inadvertently concerns every living being on this planet earth.Life is precious .Life is indispensable part of man. In the course of this write up we will get to know;
From where is the source of life
What is the purpose of life
Why should we value life
From time immemorial man has always sort to find a reliable spiritual, supernatural being that he feels would he should consult to know the future or what is to befall him and what he has to do attain that which is his priority. The origin of life has thrown man into religion which is of many denomination ;we have Shinto, Hindu , Buddhist, traditionalist, Muslims and Christians etc.
all this has it believe on origin of life differently. But in the course of this write up I will focus on the Christian view point. Which I have come to embrace as a person. Permit me to quote the bible.In Genesis 1:1 in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Verse 26
Then God said "let us make man in our image. According to our likeness, and let them have in subjection the fish of the sea amd the flying creatures of the the heavens and the domestic animals and all the earth every creeping animal that is moving on the earth". This portion points to the fact that Jehovah the almighty as the source of life in his benevolence and selflessnes.

Life was created to be enjoyed, our stay in this world was meant to be satisfying . The evidence of this is clearly seen in creation; the varieties of fruits and their distinctive tastes and aromas. Food plants are too numerous to mention all.
From tubers like yam, potatoes,water yam etc , to vegetables. Every tribe, language and settlements have their different delicacy that are very delicious in their own ways irrespective of the community. All this sweet and delicious , different tastes and aromas are products of a caring maker he would have created varieties of tasteless nutritious food . But he didn't,so we should be thankful. Beyond every doubt it's apparent that life is precious . So in whatever we do we should endeavor to adhere to the laws set out by the maker for it's for our own betterment.Isaiah 48:17,18.
Irrespective of the uncertainty surrounding life.That's when we will lose it that is, death. Because no body knows when he or she will kick bucket it's a fact. But life wasn't created to be short lived .An enemy,an impostor deceived our first parent there by causing them to go against the set standard leading to where we find ourselves.
Even with that we still have seasons to be appreciative. We never pay money to be alive, we didn't beg to be created we were just created out of love. Life is a gift .In any culture or tradition a recipient of any gift appreciates his giver.So how much more life.
