This is a very interesting challenge, especially talking about plans for 2023, a year that is just a matter of days ahead. Before continuing I try to invite steemians friends like @f2i5, @walictd, @cymolan, @zulbahri and @irwandisaputra to take part in a challenge entitled "Steemit Engagement Challenge S6/W6 - Parents and kids 2023 1st quarter resolution, Your plans".

✅ List at least 5 things you will love to accomplish within the 1st quarter of 2023

There are many things to achieve in 2023, a year full of meaning, where this year is a year where activities are getting busier and of course the age is increasing. With increasing age, more and more of this is achieved, especially with regard to the world of steemit.

• The world of steemit is a very interesting world for me, since joining here, of course I want to achieve extraordinary success in the world of steemit, by continuing to work which of course I have to learn a lot from steemit friends who are more senior or have better abilities than myself I. For that I will try to do my best, even though the work I do does not have a significant impact.

• Achieving success in building a household, which is of course very important for yourself as the head of the family, who certainly wants success in building a household, which provides comfort for all family members.

• Success in a career, especially in improving the quality of education in the schools I lead, towards schools of the best quality, even though there is an opinion that schools located on the coast are very difficult to advance.

• Re-establish friendly relations with my friends who are far away from where I live and those close to me, so that everything makes us better at socializing with my friends, who have not had any communication for a long time, because of each other's busyness.

• Achieving a good level of financial use, especially in managing finances which is very important especially for the continuation of the education of our only son.

✅ Do they have any financial involvements?

Carrying out a plan certainly involves financial problems, which of course the bigger the plan the bigger the financial costs for our family. This does not all have to be issued in large quantities. Which in essence every activity requires at least financial. For example, when we want to make ourselves successful people in a career, we have something to do with our family so that what we want to achieve can be carried out properly.

✅ How do you intend to raise the funds?

Talking with, of course, the first thing I have to do is to save the salary I receive every month by saving and of course managing finances is a very important factor for every human being living in this world.

✅ Will you be needing any assistance? From who?

In living this life we ​​cannot live alone which of course needs other people. So the first person I needed help from was my family, especially the wife who was then another family member. The role of the steemians is also what I really need both regarding the world of steemit and outside of it. At least I need support and prayers from them. I also need co-workers at the school that I lead, even fellow principals, especially in guiding me, who has just served as the head of an elementary school in the sub-district where I live.

The point is I need the help of others both in life as a community and in the work environment. Because thanks to their prayers everything will go well.

✅ How will you feel if you are able to accomplish your budget at the end of the quarter?

My feeling when I reach the budget according to my plan will of course be happy and grateful for what I can achieve, at least I have to manage the budget that I get as well as possible for the needs of my work environment and my own environment. Because to achieve the current budget plan feels very difficult compared to the previous few years. The basic feeling of happiness is also my share for steemit friends whether they support or not, family or co-workers or other people who are around where I live.

Everything that is achieved we must express it with gratitude and also happiness, because with hard work and earnest it can easily be achieved.
