We all should take care of our health. This is also our responsibility because if we fall ill then all our work , our family , other's work gets drastically disturbed . In simple words one needs to take care of their responsibilities and factors attached to it in order to offer less burden to our loved ones .

If one gets diseased then it gets very stressful for others . From time to time, giving medicine to an unwell person, giving juice and cooking food as per their requirement, taking them to see a doctor, all this increases the workload and is also a waste of money ( because its all the cost of carelessness in majority cases ) , hence every person should take care of his/her health .

If we want to maintain good health, we will have to change our spoiled daily routine to a planned one . We will have to change our bad habits, we will also have to change our taste. Nowadays we all have become habituated to eating junk food and its now in our senses and automatic responses. If we stay away from junk food for a month we get our immediate response to have it which is basically called cravings .

We all like junk food very much . It is delicious to eat. There is a lot of variety in it and it is easily available, due to which its consumption has become very high . But along with the fact that its tasty and taste bud friendly , we forget that its body unfriendly and super addictive . It releases dopamine in our brain everytime we have it ..... making it memorable and pleasant for our brain , enough to force our body to have it again .

One needs to first and foremost of all change this habit.

We have to consume more sprouted grains. When whole grains are sprouted, their strength increases manifold. Eating sprouted grains keeps the stomach clean and also relieves the problem of constipation. It also strengthens the immune system and clears the blood . Our body gets strength so that our body can fight diseases and prevents pathogens from entering our body.

Along with this, whenever we feel thirsty, we should drink purified water instead of ready-made cold drinks or soda or any kind of cosmetic drink .

One should spend more time in natural environment so that the clean aura , vibe , air and peace of the climate can enter and strengthen our body.
