the porcupine and fox

A vendor of snacks passed by a road every day carrying a basket of snacks on her head, as the vendors always do.
One day she rushed by and hit a porcupine , which is a little animal that crosses the roads. Unintentionally, she kick it with her foot. Then the porcupine played dead. And the lady said:
Well, since he's dead, I'm going to eat this porcupine.
She carried the porcupine and placed it in her basket. But this porcupine had played dead, because he saw all those delicious snacks. Then he took advantage and began to eat some and threw others on the road. The lady, who did not feel the movement of the porcupine, because she was carrying the basket on her head, did not know what it was doing. When it passed under a tree, the porcupine grabbed the legs of the branches and hung there.
Then, when she got home, the lady discovered that the porcupine was no longer there and that it had eaten a lot of snacks.
The porcupine came down from the tree and went to eat the snacks. At that point his companion. the fox, arrived. And he said:

he told her that he was eating a delicious meal, thanks to his ingenuity, because he had played dead. Excited, the fox thought about doing the same, because the snacks seller returned to town everyday at the same place, with her basket full of snacks.
The next day, the lady passed by with her freshly baked goods and the fox, seeing her, also pretended to be dead. Then the saleswoman, who disliked foxes, gave him a tremendous beating.
And so our story ends, with the poor fox, who was left with the desire to try those tasty snacks
