Drawing Challenge for Week3 | Draw a Rat
Good day everyone in @steemkidss community.
I'm very much happy to take part in this weeks contest organise by @ngoenyi.
This week we are to draw a rat and the picture below is the final result of the Rat I drew together with my neighbours son Favour.
These were the steps we took to draw those beautiful rats we have there.
Step1
We cleared the table and placed our drawing materials on top
Step2
We started making a sketch of the Rat
Step3
After sketching, we started highlighting the outer lines to make it appear bold
Step4
This is the last step. Here we started shading the rat as in colouring but we still made use of pencils
Describe a rat
Rattus is the scientific name of Rat. Rat is a rodent.
Rats are hairy, they have pointed head, their eyes are large and prominent and a very tiny ears.
They have long legs with a very sharp and long claws
What do you like about a rat?
As a student of biology rats is very useful to us during biology practicals because they are genetically similar to humans.The biological and behavioral characteristics of these creatures are strikingly similar to those of humans.
Have you seen one before? If yes, where?
Yes, I have seen rats in my home, neighborhood, hospitals and in many places
Are they important to man?
Rats are pest They destroy many articles, packages, clothes, and furnitures and structures as a result of their gnawing and burrowing habits.
They can start fires by gnawing through electrical cables.
What do you like about steemit rat? Hahaha
I'm yet to find out about steemit Rats lol
Those rats turned out very cute, what a nice way to include others; you draw very well!

If yes,then you can assist him create his own account so that he can join his fellow kids. But that is if the parents allow and he has the device for it. I appreciate your efforts.
