Hello all steemian friends! How are you steemian today? I hope you are healthy and happy, always in the protection of Allah SWT, and have a pleasant day.

On this occasion I am very happy to be able to participate in the DIY contest in the @steemkidss community, which is held by our friend @ngoenyi, MOD from Nigeria, On this occasion I want to share crafts hand, which I made from the fronds of areca nut trees, and dried banana leaves. I will make it a hand fan, using the equipment at home. Moreover, the current weather, is in a tropical state. Which during the day the weather is very hot. And this hand fan from the midrib of the betel nut is very useful.

The materials needed are very easy. Prepare a betel nut (situek), 1 dry banana leaf midrib, to be used as a binder. Scissors, knife, and small rattan sticks to use as handles.

How to make :
Step 1:
Cut the betel leaf midrib with scissors, according to size.

Step 2:
Split the rattan in half, so that the betel leaf midrib can be inserted

Step 3:
Enter the betel leaf midrib that has been cut.

Step 4:
Twist the midrib of a banana leaf to make a strap.

Step 5:
Fold the betel leaf midrib and tie it under the handle, with the banana leaf midrib

Step 6:
Tie in two parts to be strong

Step 7 :
Make holes in the betel leaf midrib with scissors, so that the rattan handle can be tied

Step 8 :
Insert the banana leaf midrib into the hole, and tie it tightly
