SEC14 WK:#5: Charity Begins at home

Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I have appeared in the Steem Kids & Parents community to participate in the engagement contest on the topic "Charity Begins at home" in the fifth week of Engagement Challenge S14. I thank the respected parents of Steem Kids & Parents community for organizing such a wonderful Engagement contest on Charity and at the same time I am happy to participate in the Engagement contest on such a wonderful topic. I am now presenting to you my engagement contest post on Charity.
Charity is a noble act and I appreciate this generous act. Charitable organizations benefit needy people apart from family members. The giver is great to the society and dear to the great Creator. Charity makes people happy and makes people's lives easier. Moreover it creates brotherhood among people which is a very noble thing for which I appreciate charity work.
I firmly believe that charity should begin at home. Because our Muslim scriptures say, "He who is kind to his family members is loved by God." Here in our scriptures a man is told to be kind to his family first and then to do good to other people so I believe that charity should start at home.
According to the religion of Islam, the Great Creator said, "Show mercy to my creation and I will show mercy to you" which carries significance. Human beings are described in the Holy Quran Sharif as the best creatures in the world created by the great creator and our religion also says that "You feed the needy, clothe the naked, help the poor people and help others in distress" all the works that fall under the charity sector. So I think we should be inspired to do great things by loving the great creator and obeying his words.
As the saying goes "blessed by intention" that word is very important. In this case, if the mind of the person donating is such that helping the socially needy by showing the helplessness of others to everyone, then I would say it is better to broadcast charity. By doing this, all the other people in the society will be inspired by seeing the activities of one person.
I last did charity work with my family on 18th of this month. Although my charity work was a bit different as I went with my elder sister to a restaurant with other family members to celebrate my elder sister's birthday. That day we all organized a dinner party together at night after the tour which can be called charity for the family. Although this charity is different from other charities, this noble deed keeps other members of the family happy and makes the day memorable.
Charity is a noble virtue that benefits people and this work is dear to the great Creator. According to Islamic commentary, if you donate to any good place, wealth never decreases, rather wealth is purified and increases. I would say that if a person is willing to give, then he should be devoted to the benefit of his family and society. I am always in favor of charity because the donor is dear to the family, society and state. If the rate of charity increases in the society then the needy, poor people of the society can lead a peaceful life which is good for all of us.
Charity is a quality that is not present in all people, because people who have this quality in the society, the poor people are deprived in the society. On the other hand, the needy and poor people can lead a normal life in a society where there are more charitable people. So I always speak in favor of charity.

To please the needy with something without the condition of charity. Charity is a noble and humanitarian act. I agree with this that charity should start from home because according to Islam one should give preference to one's close relatives in need. We should cultivate the habit of such charity.

Charity is always best done secretly. But if charity is used to encourage others to do charity, then charity should be done publicly. If you do charity publicly, he will learn to do charity by seeing that charity.
