Why the need for balance diet is important. || 10% to steemkidss

Well nowadays the concept of balance diets have been ruled out due to various problems, could be economical or emotional or even religion sometimes. Economical in the sense that we might have have what to eat in mind but financial ways to meet that idea isnt available.
Attimes religion might not permit some people to eat what they supposed to eat which contain some high proportions of the 6 classes of food known as balance diet.

It is pertinent to note that as far as human beings are concerned, we need to live healthy and this is necessary in terms of providing quality basic nutrients to the body.
Its not all about making money or going places, the body need some good stuffs.

BALANCE DIETS

Some of those reading this post might be already aware of the meaning of balance diet. In some cases, we might not truly understand what it means.
Balance diet is simply a collection of 6 classes of food inside one. Inotherwords, you eat a plate of food that has the 6 classes of food present.
Some might think that eating to your satisfaction is eating balance diet. Truth is it is not. Balance diet dosent end in eating to your satisfaction and having a big stomach.

Heres the interesting part, people tend to eat up to 4 eggs in a single shot and say they have eaten enough protein. No doubt in your protein conquest, the thing is that out of the 4 eggs youve eaten, its only 1 thats going to do the job. The rest is just gone or useless and wasted.
Key to this is knowledge. With knowledge you'll know that eating up to 4 eggs in a row is actually a waste and hence could cause issues like constipation etc.
Finishing a whole tin of milk and calling it enjoyment can cause issues to peoples health.in some cases youll see what is called OBESITY.

Also take note that overeating is not enjoyment and it can lead to issues. This is very important and should be noted by any reader.

6 CLASSES OF FOOD

We have been taught in school and higher institutions that balance diets contain six classes of food. This namely;

  • Protein
  • Carbohydrate
  • Fat and Oil
  • Vitamins
  • Minerals
  • Water

Some might ask why is water needed. Yes a very interesting question.
Did yiu know that your body composes of about 70% water and daily this water level is maintained by series of actions carried out within the body?
Now imagine you stay a whole day without taking in water, know what will happen. Even attimes some people dont like taking water after eating. This is not good and can cause problems.

People who are fond of not taking much water when taking drugs, this is very bad too. Drugs are metabolic in nature and hence they need a medium to act well. If theres little or no medium, they tend to affect the kidney which help in osmoregulations.

EXAMPLES OF FOOD AND THEIR CLASSES

This should be efficient in making us eat balanced diets. Every meal be it breakfast, lunch, dinner, we should try to hit 100 in making it balanced.
