I suppose we had a lovely weekend last week and were grateful to God for the gift of life.
Were aware of the series of rainfall that has been dropping for the past 1 month. Weather reporters say that the next few days or even weeks could be worst as intense rainfall and excruciating cold will be inbound.
The post here is serving as both a tool to help kids and their lovers protect themselves from the effect of the cold. The tips are as follows;

1. Do not sleep under the fan henceforth, do not sleep under the AC to avoid clogging of lipids in your aortal cycles that could lead to blocking of blood flows into and out of the heart. The result of which is heart arrest(God forbid).

2. If you live in a tiled floor, always put on foot wears(slippers) to avoid cold entering your body via the feet and at bed time, put on thick stockings till the day is warm enough because Humans by nature are poikeletomous.
   When we talk of poikeletomous were talking about how the body regulate its temperature.

3. Avoid cold drinks of any sort, go warm.
   Another one for kids who love anything icey. Please its not a good idea.

4. Do not leave your body(especially the chest region) bare because our body is porous and the hair strands attract cold waves.
   This implies to kids who love to sleep bare body under AC or fans. Please do yourself a favour and either lower the level of the fan or the AC or stop putting it on all the time.

5. Hot drinks and cigarettes does not drive cold rather the smoke block your arteries inhibiting the flow of blood molecules. Some adults might want to stick to the smoking of cigarettes or taking hot drinks as a form of guarding against cold but the truth is, it is not going to stop the cold but rather kill you mercilessly

6. Extend same to our children, avoid red meat and saturated fatty foods.
   I hope that this will help guide the kids in this period the world especially the my country is experiencing very low temperature and help them aviod getting cold.

It is better to avoid being a victim and take hold of this knowledge to better oneselve. Knowldege they say is power and it is worth more than diamonds and gold.
