Introduction
People are very much afraid to speak in public. More like they are very much not comfortable with it. For some people, they call it "Being Shy" while for some it is called being an "Introvert". For me, I call it stage fright. This is gotten from speaking in public places or where there are alot of faces and people who are usually scared of speaking in public are usually most vulnerable.
Why I decided to bring up this topic is because people are really much affected by this and it us very not funny. Even kids are affected and thus it can affect them negatively.
What is Stage-fright
From the picture above you can see how the man is clearly not understanding himself again. It is asif hes under pressure meanwhile theres notging wring with him save stage fright. This stage fright makes it look asif the person is in trouble or lack what to say but in fact looking closely, the person might have prepared what he wanted to say and had done thorough research before coming out to be unable to say word. Attimes some of them do wierd things they werent supposed to do like;
Peeing in their clothes.
Stammering the whole time
Therefore, stage fright is simply fear or phobia of public speaking. When a person cannot express feelings or speech in public.
Ways to deal with fear of public speaking
A. Breath in, Breath out; this will help relax you and calm down the rate of heart beat. It will also help thkse who are stammarers. Mostly people that are stanmarers are very much vulnerable too.
B. Stand straight with your chest facing up. This shows a sense of readiness and pulls the crowd's attention.
