Hopefully you all will be great by the blessings and mercy of Almighty Allah.Here I am today to particiapte in the contest in the Steemkids Community which is the food Challenge Week 43.

So In my todays post I will talk about the recipe of Biryani which is very easy to make and really tasty included in my favourite dishes,one of the well known dish in my country Pakistan.So lets start to discuss about its recipe...

So lets discuss about the ingredients first.

IngredientsAmount
Onions2-3 medium
Tomato1 medium size
Rice1kg
Green Chilli5 medium size
Garlic ginger paste2 tablespoon
Chicken1/2 kg
Red chilliAccording to taste
SaltAccording to taste
Turmeric1tablespoon
Curd1/2 cup

So these are some ingredients that are used to cook our recipe.So lets explain now step by step....



STEP NO.1



  • First of all we have to take the clean pot and pour the oil in it .Heat it until the oil is heated on the low flame.Then add the chopped onions and tomato in it.

STEP NO.2



  • When onions and tomatoes are heated then take another bowl and add the chicken ,garlic ginger paste ,turmeric,Redchilli in it .Mix them well.

STEP NO.3



  • Add the mixture in the onions and tomatoes on the flame.Add the biryani pack in it and fry it for 5 minutes almost.

STEP NO.4



  • Add almost 2 glass water in it and let the chicken cook properly.

STEP NO.5



  • During the time take the pot and add rice and water in it and boil the rice until they are cooked or boiled and then stain the water from it.

STEP NO.6



When the chicken is cooked take another pot and grease it with the oil.Add some amount of rice and chicken in it layer by layer and at the end add some food colour in it.

STEP NO.7



Leave them on the low flame for 5 to 10 minutes and the mix them well to serve.
