I am @maryamnadeem from lahore #pakistan.So here I am with a healthy and delicious recipe of "Chicken Paratha Roll". When it comes to fastfood i was thinking which of fastfood should i share which will be healthy as well so i decided to share this recipe.According to health it is so much healthy for kids to adults. It has too much of nutrients a body needed. So Lets Come towards Recipe :-

Coming towards the recipe we will firstly check all the ingredients.

Ingredients For Paratha Dough

luke warm waterto knead

Ingredients For Paratha Filling

Boneless chicken (strips)500grams
Lemon Juice2 tbsp
Tikka masala2 tbsp
Oilfor frying
Cabbage1 cup
Onion1 cup
Cucumber1 cup
Vinegarto soak veggies
Mayonnaisehalf cup
Tomato Ketchupquater cup

Preparation Of Dough😍

Take an open utensil put 2 cup all purpose flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp powder milk in it. Knead a soft dough with luke warm water. When the dough is formed cover it with lid and let it rest for half an hour.

Preparation Of Paratha's

Make small balls of dough. Roll them one by one. When rolled fully, apply oil on them and Make strips of each when rolled.

Now roll 1 strip and put it on second one then roll again and do this with all strips cut down for 1 paratha. And through this method make small dollops.

After when dollops are formed, roll them to make round shaped paratha's. After paratha's are formed start frying them on a frying pon one by one in oil.

Preparation of Chicken 😍

Take 500gm of chicken bonelesa and cut it in strips. Now add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of tikka masala in chicken and marinate chicken for half an hour.

After half an hour take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook marinated chicken till its totally dried.



Prepartion of Sauce & Veggies

For preparation of sauce take half cup of mayonnaise and add quarter cup of tomato ketchup or chilli garlic sauce in it. Mix them well and sauce is ready.

For preparation of veggies, soak all the veggies separately in different bowls in vinegar. Atleast soak them for hour so it tastes much better.

Assembling 🌼

Now take a cooked paratha and apply prepared sauce on it, now put cooked chicken on it. After that add veggies of your choice and you can add more sauce if you like on it. Roll it and serve it!
