It is worth highlighting the importance of physical exercise from childhood, both at school and at home, as there are many benefits to be gained from riding a bicycle, running, playing with friends, jumping, among others, which contributes to their physical and mental development, and can prevent health problems, as well as being experiences and experiences that stay with us throughout our lives. These types of activities are a means of creating healthy habits, promoting values and allowing them to develop skills from an early age in a fun way.

From a psychological point of view, practising some physical activity is beneficial for the proper functioning and stimulation of the brain, which contributes to cognitive development, as well as to the development of their physical capacities and contributes to their emotional and social well-being.

Many children are limited to only doing their activities in their classrooms because it is difficult for them to integrate, they are afraid and do not dare to do other activities, however, educational sport allows interaction between members of the group, it does not take into account religion, social strata, skin colour, what is sought is the experience of experiences such as games, events, tournaments, meetings that contribute to their education.

The sporting activities that are carried out in schools depend on the age of the children, where values such as companionship, teamwork, respect and others are taught, since the aim is not only to train the future professional, but also to train them on a personal level, to have fun, to develop their creativity. Many children can be attracted to a specific sport and this is a way of identifying their vocation and following that path if they set their mind to it.

On the other hand, we have to take into account that nowadays children are very attracted by technology, video games, so they lead a very sedentary lifestyle where not only their social life is affected but also their health. They are getting used to just pressing a button to get what they want, however, practising sport teaches them how to learn to manage their time, that they must organiser themselves to do their practices, their homework and their moments of rest and distraction, it teaches them that with perseverance, perseverance, patience and hard work they can achieve their goals.

As parents we should encourage them to play sports, in this way discipline, respect, tolerance, emotional management, stress reduction and a healthy lifestyle are promoted. From home you can share your experiences, practice as a family, and accompany them in their practices and events, in this way they will feel the support and will be more encouraged, you have to listen to them to identify their tastes and thus make the sport of their choice.
