Assalamu Alaikum Steem's Friends and Beautiful kids how are you all? I am fine by the grace of Allah Almighty. May Allah protect us all from evils and bless us all with health and wellness Aameen. I am again here for food challenge week#15 held by @steemkidss. Today I am going to share the recipe of Japanese soup.

Miso Shiro Soup is a traditional Japanese soup which is use in every house in daily routine. This time it was my daughter's home work from school. Her teacher gave her a piece of paper with written of ingredients and recipe. Her teacher also gave her dashi (broth sachet) and tell her used it for making Miso soup.

Ingredients;

Directions;

First she chopped vegetables and tofu.

After that she measured the Miso paste and boiled the water. After water boile she added the dashi sachet in the pot, boiled it for 5 minutes and take it out from water.

After that added all cut vegetables and tofu in the boiled soup water.

Let's cook vegetables for 10 minutes after that took some soup water and add in Miso paste make a mixture. When all cook well add spring onion in last.

Soup is ready and she served all of us this delicious Miso soup.
