Greetings to everyone!
Today I decided to write my three dimension nomination for the steemit award 2021. I will write on the following:

• Best author
• Best community contributor
• Best community

Let me give you a highlight of my three dimension nomination. See below:

Best author: ✨@ngoenyi

@ngoenyi has proven to be the best author who writes on many aspects and in many communities. She has a role a role in different communities where she also works hard to give updates and reports. She is also a country representative for Nigeria and many of us here can testify to the fact that she is such a hardworking lady.
Her post covers the following:

Originality: @ngoenyi is one example of someone who makes good use of proof of brain. Her work is never plagiarized and she make sure she avoids all copyright images and always references external contents. She also helps others to adopt the culture of writing original posts.

Quality of Post: One thing I admire about a person that she makes good and moderate use of markdown styles so as to make it easier to read and understand. What I admire most is the title of her posts. The title always explains what the post is about and it makes a reader want to open the post immediately. that's amazing!

Another reason I chose her is because she's always consistent in making post whether she gets upvoted or not. This has also encouraged many other users to remain consistent and I personally has also learnt from her example.

@alikoc07 the admin of steemfood community has worked hard to build it up. He has built the steam power of his committee to more than 200,000 and it's really working hard to make it up to 300,000 and by then the account can vote at $10. He is really doing well in this aspect and I congratulate him for this. He has also built a charity account for his community with which he uses to support many through medicine donations. He encourages people to set 50% to this account so that he can continue to support people and I have seen evidence that he makes good use of these funds. For these reasons I nominate him as a best community builder.

First of all I would like to mention that steemkids communities is barely six months old but it has achieved great successes.
The following are the reasons I choose Steemkids community:

• Effective Steempower: within this short period of time steamkids community account has reached effective steempower of 31,183.28.
  Own Sp = 15,158.60
  Delegated So= 16,023.68.

This is absolutely amazing!
But the most interesting thing is that despite paying for contests and other things, the community account still remains in Club75.
Steemkids community also have their special power up contest every month by the name #Save4spud. This contest as encourage many years is 2 are there still power and remain one of the three clubs (club5050, club75,club100)

• Active members: it is not easy for a community to maintain its active members. Steemkids community works very hard in this aspect. The community keeps its members active by creating engagement contest for everyone to participate in.
  Steemkids also makes sure to support their members by leaving comments and upvoting the contents the create in the community. The kids especially are supported and rewarded in the community.

• Welcoming: Steemkids community accept everyone not minding their color, country or tribe they come from. Steemkids believes that everyone should be united, little wonder the admins and mods are from different countries and speak different languages and yet they work together for the growth of the community.

• Curation trail: Steemkids community curation trail is now the no. 2 with close to 400 active followers. Steemkids uses this trail to support members and the trail adds at least $2 to the post it is used to upvote.

The community will always remain dear to me and I appreciate all the Hardworking admins and mods.
