Its true that outdoor activities helps kids to focus more on things that are real and beneficial, limiting their screentime is the best for them so that they can use their time for something more meaningful.
Technology has come to stay for our own good, it's bad effects on kids can be controlled with great effort.
Sports activities, family and friends gatherings, will help children to disconnect from electronic equipment, and to create a balance between the activities they do.
