My fellow Steemians! Hope you guys are fine and wealthy. Today, I'm glad to participate -'Ways Of Improving Your Family Health' contest organized by my friend @goodybest.

As we know, health is closely related to wealth. Being healthy is essential. Exercise or body stretching is a must for everyone. It should at least assist in managing a fit lifestyle. In families, we always have to take care our loving one's health whether it's elder or younger it's mandatory. Some illness can also occur to the senior members of various families. It is more important to prevent disease than to have it.

In other words, compared to children, older people get sick more often. Therefore, the older people deserve to be taken care of. They tend to be face down on diabetes, high cholesterol, and several other health related illnesses because they have no active life. This is worth focusing on. Our duty of looking after our parents who looked after us in our childhood is crucial.

  • The foods also supply them with vitamins, proteins, and high cholesterol lowering fibers from vegetables & fruits. Provides education on their way of living to empower and encourage them to eat less sugary food and do exercises as this way can help keep them healthy.

  • Make the environment neat and tidy that promotes mental and physical health and wellness. Since diseases are attracted by non-clean environments or objects. The cleaning of an area or any other thing is harder for spread diseases related to harmful.

  • Take precautions to prevent an illness prior, see specialist doctor and cease to use overdose of medication without any prescriptions.
  • Stay away from being lazy. Do anything at a go pace. Sometimes, I encourage my family members to have goals regarding fitness, and monitor how they do.

  • In addition, this will help to keep our exercise routines consistent. Walking outside to enjoy nature through taking a walk, starting to a garden, or visiting the local park can provide the advantage of fresh air combined with calmness and coolness while staying active in the sunlight, which is beneficial to health.
  • Meditating ourselves into sleeping: helps by making a relaxing bedtime routine like reading a book or listening to some calm music.
