It's been an interesting journey with the beautiful community of Steem Kids & Parents, as you have always given us quality, interesting, and educative contests. Am so glad to be among the participants of this week contest titled Draw A Crab.
It is funny enough but truth to say this, most of us were born with silver spoon, so we haven't seen or tasted a crab before, while most of us eat it almost everyday. A big thanks to @eliany for this great contest, many will learn from here.

A crab is an aquatic creature that lives in a hole and is seen in a fresh water. It has five pairs of legs and two claws in it's front. The crab moves side ways. The crab contains much protein, which helps in building and maintaining the muscle.
The crab has many species, it has the Japanese spider crab, snow crab, red king crab, and so on.
The question now is, do crabs live inside the water or do there live on land?
The crabs are normally found in the hole, either inside water or on ground, depending on the specie. One good thing I love about the crab is, it can not be seen in a dirty water, it stays in a clean water, both salty and fresh water, and some species of it survives on land too, but a land close to water.

We have many things we can learn from a crab because the crab has its lifestyle. But to me, what I like most in crab is it stays in a clean fresh water, it is not a dirty type even if you sees it on ground, and you'll never see a dirty crab, it stays clean and fresh.

Lifestyle And Dangers To Human

• The crab attacks and cuts it's prey as food.
• It also attacks and fight enemies with the claw too.

Lessons

It see's anything that comes to attach him as enemy and get ready for a fight, always ready to defend it's self, always ready to fight. so it attacks and may injure human when trying to get it. It is also adviceable not to eat it's shell as it is dangerous to man.

What They Eat

Since the crab is seen in the water, this means it eats any thing it catches including:

• Fishes
• crabs
• worm
• cray fish
• snail. etc
  This are the things crabs feed's on.

Yes I've seen a crab before. It is recorded that there are nine species of crabs found in Nigeria but the part of the country where am from, there's this particular specie that I always see, it's known as the Jonah Crab. It is eatable and it tastes very sweet, sweeter than the crayfish.
I normally see the crab crawling out from a hole close or inside the water and sometimes on a dry land too.
My parents are farmers, so there sometimes catch it and bring it home for use, so I've tasted it before and I don't like it's taste. Many times, I've tried forcing my self to try eating it but I can, the only way I can eat it is by grinding it and use it as an ingredient in my food, it tastes very nice that way.

The crab plays many role to man, infact every part of the crab is important to man. The roles includes:

• It serves as a food to man
• It's proteinous
• It's shell can be used for washing pots in my area
• It can it's serve as part of ingredient when cooking, but it needs to be grinded first.
• The crab shell also contains a compound which can be extracted and use to produce something.
  Infact the crab is very important to man in many ways.

Conclusion

The crab is somehow dangerous to human but in many ways important to man too. No part of a crab is useless, every part of it is useful to man in one way or the other.
