Bullies can b found everywhere. I have also been a part of bullying in my childhood, it really hurts when you're the one being oppressed and it feels so bad.

Physical
Pushing, impelling or other forms of aggression can involve Physical bullying.
Verbal
Verbal bullying is any type of bullying that takes place using words.
Emotional
Emotional bullying involves making someone feel ashamed, alone, or scared.
Cyberbullying
Cyberbullying refers to any type of online behavior that is harmful or embarrassing to a person.
what are the effects of bullying?
There are a number of effects as a result of bullying. Some people may feel scared and anxious, which can make them less able to learn or perform at their best. They may also experience feelings of shame and guilt, which can interfere with their everyday life.
Solutions to bullying
There are so many solution to stop bullying like,
-speaking to a trusted adult about the situation, whether that be a parent, teacher, or another adult you trust.

Bullying can have a negative impact on someone’s life, causing them to feel scared, unhappy, and distressed. Keep this thing in your mind that you should recognize bullying, so they can get help if they need it.
