Stretching like a Pro.

Dear diary.

In the beginning of the day when the Stars were about to light up the sky and the day was imminent, a reminder from the mobile phone beep me up from my tower of bed and i got freshen up with a bucket of water splashed within flesh.

With my passion for exercise, i dressed up and took my departure to the playground without any hesitation. With just a five minutes drive I was at the playground and the environment was spiced with a sparkly musical sound, such that a lazy being couldn't resist to exercise.

It's actually a week for ABS ATTACK and a variable of ABS ATTACK program was already designated by the coach, such of which are Russian twist with cone, Reverse plank, curl up, aerobics and stretch. These programs have their numerous challenges and yes challenges will definitely becomes part of our journey and what makes us appreciate our destination.

With the strength within my shoulder, i joined the queue as the programs was ongoing. I started with Russian twist which seems to be the most complicated one. I was emotionally marvel when my partner got tired and decided to take a break.

Russian twist is achieve by sitting on a mart with knee bent and keeping your feet an inch above the floor, leaning back your upper body and rotate, twist your waist to the right and left, move along with the cone in your desire repetition.

Russian twist is a popular exercise known for burning out the tummy fat which in return accomplish the six pack which is every mans dream. It also improves core strength,

curl up.

The next inline program we process to was the curl up or the sit up. I was so intact with these programs because attacking the abs and achieving the six pack is my goal which i haven't achieve yet.

I achieve this program by lying flat in the mat with my knees bend and lifting up my upper body and sit up, with my hand touching my heel. We completed this program in 8 repetition following the tabata song. Some of our fellows couldn't lift up without the support, it actually looks easy in the eyes but trust me, it's complicated.

Reverse Plank.

This type of plank is done by lying in the back with both hands position behind hipes and your knees bend, lift your body above the floor and maintain the position to your desired minutes. This particular plank program improves flexibility and mobility. Plank can be done in different positions depending on your choice or your instructor choice, you can chose to lift up your leg or maintain your normal plank position


Stretch.

Stretch is a recommendable program that should be done at the end of exercise, it escalate flexibility, stamina, prevent from injuries, eliminate pains and more. We achieve a number of stretches some which are the quard stretch, side stretch shoulder stretch and more.

What look like stretch but a bit differ from its nature was aerobics. This type of program is just like having fun especially if sync with the tabata song. you can punch, dance, crunch while standing and any physical exercises you wish to partake. Aerobics is very crucial as it donate blood circulation, increase blood rate and lots more.


In conclusion, these were the ABS ATTACK programs for today as my coach instructed. While some were challenging and demanding a break, we didn't give up because we never does instead we stay motivated and inspired by optimistic coach @ngoenyi.
