The diary game||27-10-2025|| Playing with Simba althrough the day

This day was very interesting, even thoe rain was falling and cold is everywhere. It's one of those quiet days that you just have to turned it out to be full of joyful moments. So I woke up very early, as I stood from the bed I saw my cat, Simba, looking at me he was already sitting by the window corner,candle watching outside and the birds in the sky flying by. However,he couldn't go outside to play a usual. As stand up,I just saw that his small tail was shaking and moving slowly, as a sign that he was ready to play but couldn't because of the rain.

After then I did my morning activities and later took my breakfast. So I then came back in with his food and I also brought a toy Which I normally used to play with him. The toy is a small ball with a small bell inside it ,that makes sound when I squeeze it. So that particular moment when I just started squeezing it and he heard the sound of the toy, he ran so fast to me and jumped up towards me.

I threw the ball in the room, to the other side and he will chased it and bring it back. I really laughed so hard when I see him running in all his energy and sliding to catch it. I began to enjoy the moment, I almost dropped my phone on the floor while laughing.

It was really fun to watch him play around in the room. He even knocked down one of my books and looked at me like he was proud that he has done a great job.

In the afternoon, the rain as stoped. So since I didn't go to work I sat outside in the compound watching the area. Simba lay on the warm floor while I read a book. And sometimes he will just jump and roll over and stretch, showing his belly for me to touch it and rub. With that I'll just rubbed it gently, and he purred like a small engine and I know he was enjoying the moment. That sound always makes me feel calm.

Spending time with Simba yesterday showed me how playing with some pets can bring happiness to a day that was bored. No doubt He doesn’t talk, but somehow, he truly understands me through signs. I’m really grateful for days like this. Turning a bored rainy day into a fun and interesting day.
