Giving is the act of showing charity and shouldn't be limited to a particular season, because if it's, is simply not giving. I agreed with what you have said, concerning those that are willing to give gifts, but due to challenges they're facing, their can't give at that moment in time. Such has happened to me. Success to you.
Thanks for adding value to the entry. Giving can be done anytime as long as one is capable to give out genuinely. I appreciate your time around here, @josepha.
