Hello Friends

First of all good wishes to everyone, I am sure all of you moderators, admins and members of this community are doing well. I am also healthy and well by the grace of Allah.


Once again the Steem Kids and Parents community @steemkidss has come up with a new cooking challenge of 72 weeks for us to share any recipes related to cooking. This initiative is aimed at young children who are reluctant to eat, they can prefer new variant foods. which they can see and want to eat. Every week new Steemit users from different countries will share new recipes which we can also learn new recipes.

So I am sharing a breakfast menu item here. we also have it occasionally for breakfast. I give these snacks especially during tiffin hour in school. Since they go to school early in the morning, they can't eat breakfast well, so I give them some heavy breakfast items for tiffin.

Here's what I need to make this dish----


A handful ofCarrots
Half kg ofchicken
Soy Sauce1 tsp
Tomato sauce2 tbsp
Mayonnaise2 tbsp
Bread/loafAs usual
Cooking oil1 tbsp
littlesalt
white pepper powder1 tsp
Zinger garlic paste1tsp
Sugar1tsp
Onion2 pieces chopped
ButterAs usual

Step1

First, I wash the chicken pieces well and put them in a pan. Now boil it with a teaspoon of ginger paste, salt and white pepper powder, soy sauce and water.

Step2

Add another pan of oil and fry a little onion in it. Then I will remove the bones from the boiled chickens, fry the meat and cook it with fried onions.

STEP 3

Now take two spoons of powdered milk and add it to the chicken. After that, mix the chicken with carrot pieces, sugar and white pepper powder one by one and when the water dries up, pour it into another bowl.

Now in another bowl, mix tomato sauce and mayonnaise with the chicken carrots mixture.

Step 4

Now take a piece of bread and add chicken mayonnaise mixture in it and grill the piece of bread with butter in a grill pan. Take another piece and cover it with chicken paste and grill both sides of the grill pan. I will grill a few more pieces like this. The grill sandwich is ready. It's best eaten hot on a grilled sandwich because it's a little crispy.

Chicken Grill Sandwich


Many Children don't like carrots. So if you serve it with chicken along with vegetables, kids will eat it. Homemade chicken grill sandwich are very tasty and delicious. I prefer homemade food more than restaurants. Hyginically, this home-made food will be full of nutrition. In one meal menu, I get carbohydrates from bread, protein from chicken and vitamins and minerals from carrots.
