Writing Expedition ✍️ || Technology - Capture App
Hello everyone @steem kids & parents, I do hope we are enjoying this week's writing expedition. I will be writing about the future of digital media.
Before we look at the Capture app technology, let's look at some problems this app will solve.
With the invent of AI, sometimes we don't get to know if pictures are real or not. Most pictures I have seen generated by Artificial intelligence looks so convincing, sometimes it is very hard to distinguish between a real picture and one generated by the AI arts.
Sometimes in creation of content on the internet, people get to steal people's photos and it is sometimes difficult to know who the exact owner is. There was this case of digital media theft where the real owner of a photo posted a picture, but because he didn't have much followers on social media, not everybody saw the picture.
But a page saw it and posted it without permission from the owner. Soon everyone acknowledged the photo to be from the page with more followers. Even after some evidence from the real owner, it was already credited to the other page.
Media theft has crippled lots of platforms and content creators too.
With the above problem we can now delve to what a capture app is.

With the need for Credibility and security of digital media, a company by name Numbers Protocol brought up a product to the media space. The capture App which is a product of Numbers Protocol is the world's first web 3 camera.
This camera is built on the Web 3.0 platform to help provide Provenance and authencity to digital media.
For example the captureApp can help distinguish a photo taken by a person and the one generated by AI.
It will also help to provide security for content creators who use photos to create content.
Details of every photo taken will be recorded to provide Credibility and reliability.
The captureApp is just like the normal camera app on our phones and can even be downloaded on playstore.
