Update #48: Writing Expedition ✍️|| Are Physical Activities Good for Children?
Hello friends of steem kids and parents, I hope we are all enjoying the new week. I love writing about health because It is a very vital instrument of our life. The moment we are down in health, life usually becomes meaningless depending on the gravity of the sickness. We always pray and hope that we remain in good health.
But there are steps in which we can stay in good health for s long time. Good nutrition and exercises are part of ways we can keep our body healthy.
Physical Activities and the kids
I am writing this post because I was bothered when I saw a child who was obese due to the lifestyle imprinted on him by the parents. Well they feel they are helping the child, but they are not.
Just like it is written in the Holy books
Train up a child in the way he should grow, so he won't depart from it when he grows.
The upbringing of the kids affects them in a great number of ways. Training up a child to learn to engage in physical activity is very very important.
Does your child engage in physical activities for at least one hour daily?
What is your child's nutrition like?
What have you done to improve the child's lifestyle?
These are some questions that could help us to make sure the child engages in physical activities.
- What are those physical activities a child should engage in?
To help your child's health now and in the future, always make sure the take part in physical activities daily, some of these activities are:
*Jumping
*Playing games like whot and ludo
- Running
- Exercising
- Skipping.
- Dancing
There are a lot of other physical activities that can help the child grow well too.
Benefits of physical activities
The benefits of physical activities for children should not be underestimated. The following are benefits of physical activities:
Mentally healthy: It is known fact that indoor games like ludo can help mentally and this is very important for kids. It will help them to be logical thinkers.
Reduces Cardiovascular Issues: physical activities helps the lungs, oesophagus, to work properly.
It reduces the risk of chronic diseases. Physical activities like exercising and others help the body to be protected from chronic sicknesses like diabetes and even obesity.
Healthy body: Physical Activities keep the body healthy and fit.
So it is very important to allow the children participate in one sport or the other at an early age. Don't stop them from keeping fit.
Away from physical activities, check their diets too. The parents should consistent about living a healthy life .
