Hello, happy steemians, gratefull to @steemkidss for this word play series. So in form of a story i will tell what family means to me.
i'm inviting @five5 @sitimuzalifah and @muluhpenn to participate in this contest.

It all started on our way back from my cousin birthday batch party, after all the cheerful wishes and wine toasting to long life, we rocked it down at the dance floor to the tuneful tunes of John legend, since it takes two to tango, we mingled and tangled until we reached its climax, then, suddenly a resounding thunder bang was heard on the roof, she jumped into my arms, I held her tightly though afraid of my own life 🤣… we rocked slowly at the consciousness of the thunderstorm which crippled the vibes.
slowly the guests danced towards the celebrant to render their last wishes… at the end of it all, some loud laughs with fun-filled banter with my cousin, chike, and I, as we approach the lawn where it rained cat dog outside, Guest stood waiting around the green orchard.
under the shade was her; tall, curvy, the slim lady in red with her ponytail dangling behind her.
“Isn’t she the one?’ said Chike ‘call her, let’s give her a ride home” I cleared my voice and walked towards the shade.
And this was where it all started, My marriage life and family.

Three months down the line, we've started courting. …Her next question was, what does family mean to you? I looked up at the chandeliers and said to her, “family can mean, two individuals with the same motive and goal for each other.”
She discerned it and replied, “how did you known we both have the same motive?” I smiled and said “ if not, you won’t be here with me” she grinned and we both laughed together. So family represent at all time.
The next morning, I woke up at the good side of my bed with Chike’s text message, requesting a hangout.
We met later that evening at SO-BLEND lounge with my Liverpool jersey and he was on his so-called Arsenal polo… after he had battered me😭, he reminded me of my late-night calls. Then he said, “can two families be the same?” I wondered and replied, “No they can’t, because it is not the same upbringing by both parents, there must be some differences” he sipped his drink and said, “be careful about her” I gazed at him and said, “yes, sir”
I dropped some ice and poured Some wine into my wine glass and said to Chike “Do you know you act wired most times, Is your family the ideal type you will always belong to, or are you just managing it?” he sipped his last wine, shaking his head and said, “No, my wife has been acting strange since her last birthday and every evening when I’m back from the office, she frowns her face.” After narrating his wife’s behavior I asked him “what have you done or how can you improve your family?” he replied with a deep tune “my relationship coach said, ‘I should get her gift packages', which I have done but it’s not working!” I gazed at him and said few words, though out of words, then we left the lounged.
Later that evening I thought through Chike’s predicament and dosed off. Then my phone rang and it was Stacey, (no more she or her anymore but Stacey💕) we asked about each other and it was like a tale in the moon. At the end of it all I told her about Chike’s crises and asked her “what advice can you give to others that’s working for you.” Her reply was so explicit, which made me love her the more. Her reply was “ get her more surprise packages, care for her and give her kind words of appraisal because we ladies love surprises.”
