▪︎What is the meaning of co-education?
What I understand by the meaning of co-education is that is an education system that is designed for both boys and girls. It is an institution of learning that admits boys and girls without separating them in the instructions.
Co-education is mostly seen in schools in Nigeria both in government and private institutions both boys and as well girls are offered admission into the same institution, class, or department. However, in some co-education, when classes or lectures are taking place in a class where boys and girls gather to learn, the girls are sometimes separated from the boys.
▪︎Which education do you prefer for your kids? Coeducational centers or all boys /all girls educational centers?
The coeducational center is the type of education that I prefer my kids to attend. The co-educational institution is an institution of learning that I have been attending right from my primary school level to a higher institution.
In Nigeria educational center is better for me than an all-boys / all-girls educational center which most of them in Nigeria are mostly boarding schools.
▪︎How do Coeducational centers play a role in developing the personality of a child?
Coeducational centers play a vital role in developing the personality of a child by teaching the child what he or she ought to know about life. Coeducational centers allow a child to be exposed to the characters of his or her fellow gender and the opposite gender.
Coeducational centers play a role in developing the personality of a child by allowing the child to associate with his or her opposite gender. Coeducational centers make a child to be more secure when he or she is with the opposite gender.
Another way that coeducational centers play a role in developing the personality of a child is that it provides an environment for a child to learn how to cooperate with both sexes, from an early age. In life, both men and women are seen working in the same office coeducation helps a child to develop cooperation with both sexes.
▪︎ Merits and demerits of Co-education.
The merits and demerits of Co-education are
