Indeed, I agree with that milk is complete food as it comprises a wide range of nutrients which are essential for our health such as protein, calcium and vitamins.The calcium which is necessary for our bone growth and also for healthy teeth, also it comprises vitamins for balancing our health. The milk is very essential for our body as it has great benefits like it's a source of calcium which is helpful to make the bones strong and also helpful for teeth. As milk is a source of protein which can provide protein to the muscle growth. The vitamin B12 and D in the milk is essential for the functions of the nerves. So add milk in your daily diet routine.

Indeed,milk is very important for mental health and physical health of humans. The milk contains proteins, vitamins and calcium. These nutrients play important role in growth and development of the body. The calcium in milk make the bones strong. The vitamin D helps to absorb calcium and the vitamin D is present in the milk.

👉 What happens if you don't drink sufficient milk in initial phases of your life ?.

If someone don't drink sufficient milk in the initial phase of his or her life, he or she will miss the importance nutrients which are present in the milk. As the milk contains vitamin D which is helpful in the absorption of calcium. As our bones needs calcium to be strong and by drinking milk we can make them strong and prevent them from breakage. During childhood the milk is helpful to make the teeth strong. Without taking enough calcium in diet in the early phases of age there will be a high risk of bone diseases in later life like osteoporosis.

👉 How to know if one is lactose intolerant and what alternatives can they opt for ?

The intolerance of lactose can cause problems for the digestive system like stomach pain and diarrhea.
Lactose intolerance cam lead to general discomfort and also can cause in the region of abdomen.
Some people can experience nausea and vomiting after taking foods which contain lactose.

Plant based milk such as oat milk and milk of coconut and soy milk are the sources of lactose free milk. They can be in different variety of flavors.
There are non dairy cheese are available which are made from ingredients like nuts. Thes are alternatives which can be used in different recipes. The food which are rich in calcium like leafy greens, almonds, and soy. These are alternatives anyone can enjoy it in recipes.

Milk, apart from being a complete food, is very delicious, it definitely has many benefits for our body, but as everything is very important to take it in moderation and preferably as natural as possible, normally those sold in supermarkets have many additives that are not very beneficial, a very good post with very interesting information, greetings.
