Whether due to the economy, health or work, women are taking more care about having children. I once heard my grandmother say: We must have the children that God wants to send us. She had 20 pregnancies, not all of them were live births, but the fact that your body goes through a process of both hormonal and changes is a tremendous impact on our body.

Planning is the best decision that a couple can have, yes, the couple, because the marriage is of 2 people. I believe that the husband should become more involved in this issue, not only in planning, but in the birth, upbringing, care, feeding and everything related to their children.

And I do not mean to be the one who carries the money to buy diapers, no, I mean to change diapers, give the child soup, bathe him, put him to sleep, become more involved in the growth of your baby. That will make a child stronger and more secure in the world.

The support that the man can give his wife is essential to have a marriage with happy minds and all this is based on communication and planning.

If the mother is happy, a happy child will surely be born and that is what we need more and more on this planet that is plagued by strange viruses.

This is like when it took you a whole year to plan your daughter's 15th birthday, everything went well and people were pleased to see an organization at your party. You feel puffed up with pride and to see that all your effort gave the fruit that you hoped to achieve.

Of course I agree with the planning, this will create a state of mental, spiritual and physical health for the family. They will create happy children and help you in the next steps of your children's education.

One piece of advice that is always given to young mothers is to wait a minimum of 2 years between one tummy and another, since it is necessary for the body to regain its normality to be ready for another pregnancy. The longer the time, the better the profit.

Ella tuvo 20 embarazos, no todos fueron partos vivos, pero ya el hecho de tu cuerpo pasar por un proceso tanto hormonal como de cambios es tremendo impacto para nuestro cuerpo.

La planificación es la mejor decisión que pueda tener una pareja, si, la pareja, porque el matrimonio es de 2 personas. Considero que el esposo debe involucrarse más en este tema, no solo en la planificación, sino en el nacimiento, la crianza, el cuidado, la alimentación y todo lo relacionado con sus hijos.

Y no me refiero a ser quien lleva el dinero para comprar los pañales, no , me refiero a que cambie pañales, le de la sopa al niño, lo bañe, lo duerma, se involucre más en el crecimiento de su bebé. Eso hará a un niño más fuerte y más seguro ante el mundo.

El apoyo que el hombre pueda darle a su esposa es fundamental para tener un matrimonio con mentes felices y todo esto se basa en la comunicación y el planeamiento.

Si la mamá está feliz, de seguro nacerá un niño feliz y eso es lo que necesitamos cada vez más en este planeta que está siento azotado por virus extraños.

Esto es como cuando te llevó planificar por todo un año el cumpleaños # 15 de tu hija, todo salió bien y la gente quedó complacida de ver una organización en tu fiesta. Te sientes inchado de orgullo y de ver que todo tu esfuerzo dio el fruto que tú esperabas conseguir.

Claro que estoy de acuerdo con la planificación, esto nos creará un estado de salud mental, espiritual y corporal a la familia. Crearán hijos felices y te ayudará en los siguientes pasos de la educación de tus hijos.

Un consejo que siempre se les da a las madre jóvenes es que esperen un tiempo de mínimo 2 años entre una barriga y otra, ya que es necesario que el cuerpo recobre su normalidad para estar listo para otro embarazo. Si el tiempo es mayor, mejor será el beneficio.
