What a nice lesson by @udyliciouz our social studies teacher, teaching us more about family and what bonds family together,it's really a nice lesson and I'll be giving answers to the homework given

• List and explain the two types of family
• What is family bond
• Explain at least 5 factors that contribute to family bond

What is a family

We have had much lessons on what family means, from our primary section we knew about what a family is so a family is a group of people related by blood, marriage or adoption. A family in the community is the smallest unit in that community.

Types of family

• Nuclear family
• Extended family

Nuclear family

This is a small/close unit of a family,it consist of the parents and their children,no relatives included.

Extended family

This is a family structure in which the family consists of people other than the biological mother and father,it extends beyond the nuclear family, and it includes grannies(grandmum and grandad),aunts,uncle's,cousins,etc.

What is a family bond

We know what a family means,what is a bond?, a bond is a social or emotional ties. So bring them together we have "family bond" as an emotional ties bringing or joining a family together, this bond exist among family member.

Factors that contributes to family bonding

This are things that builds up family bonding

• communication

Communication is a very great factor that contributes to family bonding, how the family communicates among themselves is a major factor,if they have this way of communicating with each other without hurting someone's feelings,it will be of help to the family.

• Love♥️

This is like the central server, controlling the family,if there's no love the is likely to get a broken home, when the is love among members of the family you will feel this bond joining them together ,they will be happy sharing things together,eating together,communicating together, playing together, love is a very important aspect in life and should be found amongst families

• picnics

When families goes for picnics or recreational activities,you see the way they smile and they are happy ,playing together, picnics helps alot in family bonding

• playing

I do see parents having playing time with their children, and what's the output of that the child seems to be happy, this is very great in bonding families

• Going for vacations

This has helped,going for holidays, and visiting other family members, for fun, leads to a great family.
