oblique Drawing
The front view of an oblique is drawn with the true size, and the receding surfaces are perfectly drawn on an angle to give it a pictorial appearance.
This projection has the advantage of showing One View (the Front View) of the object without distortion. Generally, the re are also different views like side view, front view and they are faced with the best detail faces the front.
This type of drawing is obviously similar to Isometric drawing but has some slight difference. The only difference is two of its axes are perpendicular to each other such as one of its planes (views) is parallel facing the ground.
The angle of elevation of the receding side of an oblique drawing is normally angled at 45 degrees from the ground line.
