Greetings beloved steemains, hope you all are doing great? wow I am very ecstatic to anticipate in this contest that is about our beloved kids health awareness.

My exprienced on how to keep our children healthy, and kinds of diety that can help to balanced their immune system and make them absence from been ill.

what it mean by a healthy child

A healthy child is a child that always look smart and strong, both in physical, mentally, emotional in appearance, and social fit looking.

While unhealthy child look unstable and it affect their wellbeing.
The child will look slow in walking both talking and thinking. And always look sad, and dosn't play often.

FACTS THAT ARE REQUIRES FOR A HEALTHY CHILD

Every child needs a balanced diet to boast up immune system.
Types of nutrients that a child needs to obtain on a daily basis.
Such as:
carbonhydrates,
protien
Fats.
Vitamins.

Fruits And Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables has alots of benefits in a child's health, it nourishes the skin, helps the cell growth and build a child immune system strong.
such as:
Spinach leaf
Carrots
Brocolli
Carbage
Beetroot
Banana
Apples
Oranges
Green peels
Pumpkin leaf
Tomatoes
So many more.

Beetroot fruits contains much nutrients that every child deserved.
Examples:
-beetroot is very rich in vitamins
(a) vitamin A, :which helps in child's growth, and vission.
(b) Vitamin K: helps to control bleedings, and bone delevopements.
(c) Vitamin E helps to protects body cells and tissues from damaging.
And vitamin C: which helps to supply blood in the body and generate energy from food.

Beetroot can be use in diferent ways for a child to cherish.
by blending and mixed with natural juice, it can mixed in salads, it can be add to rice after cooking.

I also used beetroot and other fruits to make zobo drinks for my kids.

Carbonhydates Intakes for a child

Carbonhydrates : is a must take for a child on an daily basis.
Is the most source of energy that helps the body to build fats and protien that renew the tissue. Carbonhydrates intake includes.
Rice
Bread
Pasta
Cereals
Potatoes
Ripe plantain
Yam
Oat meal.

protien intakes for a child

Protien: is very essential in a child daily consumeable,
Due to it help the body to resloved food into energy. It build up the body cell, and it attack infections. Protien intakes includes
Beans
Egg
Meat
Fish
Suya beans
Breadfriuts
Nuts, etc.

Engaging them in physical exercise

our children need to be engaged in all the below physical actives, such as playing football, jogging , swimming, dancing and so on and so fort.

when a child is activated in the above mentioned list.
It helps to envelopes then physical and emotional, they will feel cheerful.
And it will increased their moral from been preasurised or bully.
Exercise helps in detoxify and free the bowel movement, it open up the nerves, stimulates muscels , it stablized the general body fitness.

conclusion

We are ordained to leave healthy, it does not require too much resources, but due to lack of understanding some people feels that they are not capable to eat healthy, because of finacial challeges.

"Who tell you that lies" no I totally disagreed.
A little amount of money can purchased a balanced diet for a child.

Any child that is constantly consumes any of the above mentioned combinations will surelly stay healthy.

Their immune system will become the weapon to fight and kill any kinds of diseases, infection or bacteria that exists even viral infections .

Our Priority is our children"s wellbeing, the bible identified them as an inheritage of God and the fruit of our womb is our rewards.
It is wise to feed them healthy than to be a hospitals customers care.
