Bullying in Pakistan
Yes, in Pakistan we don't have bullying culture very common but there are many instances that i have even faced by myself that include hitting while playing, mocking others of their size, color, background, profession , etc.
My Bullying experience
Yes i have been bullied before when i was a little kid, i was only 8 years only then a boy came to me and broke my bicycle slapped me on the face and tore my shirt as well. I feel really bad I couldn't face myself when this thing happened. It also makes me feel really helpless and hopeless which can make the bullying even worse.
How can kids win over their bullies? Must they fight them to win or any other means?
Being calm is the cure to many of the problems of daily lie. If the situation is persistent one could tell their adults about the situation as well. You may also want to consider filing a report with your school or local authorities. In the extreme cases children can use force to protect themselves and fight back with the bullies. However, it's important to remember that you don't have to fight your entire school or community battle alone - there are resources available to help you gain the upper hand. For example, joining a anti-bullying club or group can give you the support and strength could help you in most of the cases.

What forms does bullying take?
Bullying could be of any type , that could be by harsh words, bullying behind the curtain(Using social media and cyber tools), making one socially isolated, and physical and mental tortures. It can occur anywhere- at school, at home or online.
Why might young ones be bullied?
Because the growing children need some weaker ones to show their force to, that's why the young ones are an easy victim.
What are the effects of bullying?
The impacts of bullying on children include:
- Depression and anxiety
- Poor self-esteem
- Confusion and loss of focus
- Sleep problems
- Shyness and social withdrawal
- bad grades
- Revised attitudes about oneself and the world
- Suicidal thoughts in extreme cases
Solutions to bullying?
Bullying can be stopped if kids are strong and parents have them enrolled in the self defense classes. They need to know what is bullying? and how and to whom to report when any such incident happens. There should be Anti-bullying campaigns in the society to teach children and make them aware of it. Teachers can take strong action against the bullies if they do not stop on their own.

This is a form of wickedness displayed by young ones. I'm sorry that you have taken victim to it. What did you do then?
You are right to say that kids can fight back in extreme situations, but let's remember that if we keep fighting, the bullies may end up hanging up against the victim and most of them never want to end the fight, that can cause more harm and more and more people may get involved and get hurt.
Did you know you can use humor to defuse a bully, perhaps they hate you because of a characteristic they regard as useless and they mock you, you can add humour by making jokes or even laughing with them. Self-confidence is what really matters. And we should always try to avoid places where bullying might likely take place and also avoid it when we see it coming.
A book of wisdom says, 'The wise person sees the danger and conceals himself, but the inexperienced one keeps right on going and suffers the consequences". This council have proved true for many and in different situations.

Esta publicación me pareció muy interesante ya que el bullyng ocurre en todo el mundo principalmente en las escuelas,las autoridades deben de tomar acción y debe se rápido.
