But here is the hard truth, taking care of the environment is left for some few people in ourenvironments or localities. Which is not right or appropriate.
Moving on to the question at hand, which are as follow;

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY ENVIRONMENT?
In oder for an individual to develop the habit or spirit of helping to keep their community clean, it will have to do with how they take care of their homes. I am saying this because how good one will keep his home or house clean will trigger or encourage him to keep his surroundings clean. This is very possible. Because he or she is being questioned by his thoughts and feelings that why is my home or house clean but my surrounding looks awful. He wouldn't be satisfied with it. Which then triggers him to clean the environment too.

Some ways in which i help keep my environment clean are;

• I try to weed the bushes around my surrounding. That is i don't wait to be asked before i try to step up to do it. With this, the surrounding always looks clean and healthy. Also it keeps the surrounding free from insects and other animals trying to hide in the bushes.

• I try to empty the thrash can or bins, by burning the plastic materials or wastes. Even though burning of waste materials in open air isn't that healthy. So i try to burn the rubbish or waste materials in a pit like place in order to reduce the spread of the toxic air from the burning waste.

• I hand pick recyclable plastic materials from the waste, keep them and then later take them to the recycling house. I nowadays don't have to be taking them to a recycling house my self because those kind of recyclable plastic materials are now being brought in my locality and then taken to bigger recycling houses.

• I always try to daining the gutters free from the rubbish or waste washed down by the rain or people intentionally putting rubbish in them.

HOW OFTEN DO I CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Taking care of the has to be an everyday thing to us. In order for a clean and healthier environment, we have to be cleaning or keeping the environment in as much to our capabality.
So to me in person i have made it an habit of taking care of the environment whenever i found that a particular part of the environment need to be cleaned, i then jump in and clean it.

Which i see to be the right way one could follow in order to keep the environment clean and it shows how caring one is for the environment.

WHAT DO I USE IN KEEPING THE ENVIRONMENT CLEAN

The tools i will be using to keep the enviroment will depend on the type of activity or work.
For instance when i am to weed my surroundings i will be needing this particular tools, which are;

• A Cutlass to weed or cut down the tall grasses or bushes.

• A Hoe in order to weed the cut down grass completely.

• A Rake to gather the weeds or grasses together.

• A shovel and a gloves to pick the gathered grasses.

• A wheelbarrow to carry them to one spot.

HOW DO I FEEL WHEN I TAKE CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT?

I feel like that is the right thing to do. Because it benefits me in return. Floods will be reduced or managed as a result of cleaning the gutters and also i will be free from mosquitoes too.
So it actually feels relieving and good when i ever i try to take care of the environment.

DO I SOMETIMES FAIL IN TAKING CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT

I sometimes fail to take care of the environment due to one or two oder things, which are;

• Procrastination: i at times or sometimes postpone the work that i am supposed to do and be done within some few hours. I then try to look for a day i think i will be ok to do it.
  Which finally results to my failure in taking care of the environment.

• Laziness: this happens to be one of the natural human characters that sometimes pulls us back. That is it keeps us from moving forward by not wanting to do what we are supposed to be doing. So i sometimes do fall a victim for it too.

BENEFITS OF CARING FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT

• It keeps our surroundings and the environment clean.

• We are free from natural disasters like floods when we clean our environments.

• Dangerous animals(like snakes living in grasses) are kept away from us as a result of the environment being clean.

** EFFECTS OF NOT TAKING CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT**

• When our environments are not clean, we tend to be contracting diseases like malaria and cholera.

• Natural disasters like floods happens in our environments.

• When the environments are not being cleaned or taking care of,it tends to be breeding dangerous animals in it.

DOES ANYONE ASSIST ME IN TAKING CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT?

My siblings assist me with the cleaning of our home whiles my neighbors help me the community cleaning. So i definitively do get help or assist from others.

In conclusion, our environment is the only environment we have so in order to live in it happily and healthy, we have to anything in our capacity to take good care of it. We also have to educate others on how important our environment is to us and for that we have to clean and protect it.
