I'm so excited to be here today hope all is well with our kids and us, as for me I'm good and safe. I want to tell you about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding to our babies.

Exclusive breastfeeding is the process of feeding the baby with breast milk from birth till 6 of life without giving the baby artificial milk food, water and drugs

I know some of us are nursing mother, expectant mother, mother, and grand mother. We all want the best for our kids so we should feed them exclusively with breast milk.

• The first milk that is thick and yellowish, that usually comes out for the first 3-4days is called colostrum, it provides antibodies and serves as babies first immunization.

• It boost and build immunity. So many people use to express it out and called it witch milk please if you see any one that does this advice her not to do so, tell her to feed the baby with it, that is very good for them.

• It helps to kick-start the digestive system

• It supplies good and normal rate of nutrition to the baby and provide s nutrients that's suteable for their developmental age.

• It helps in stabilizing babies blood sugar

• It prevents chest, digestive infection and asthma in the first 2years of life

• It helps in decreasing the risk of sudden infants dead

• It reduces the risk of food allergies

• It helps in decreasing the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus

• It reduces the risk of sinuses, ear, nose, and throat infection

• It helps them to develop motor skills earlier in life

√ Finally production of breast milk does not harm environment, doesn't need parkaging and does not consume electricity

CONCLUSION

So please let us practice exclusive breastfeeding because it's beneficial to our kids for a time and our kids are our asset, let us give them the best we can and opportunity to grow well.
