Hello @rabnawazsardar thank you so much for airing out your view concerning child rearing, indeed children learn from parents example more than what they are being told.

We should obey everything our children say because if we don't then the children will be stubborn which will harm the parents and the same children will not obey you when they grow up.

I don't really get you here, do you mean parents should obey their children? If yes is your answer Then I think 🤔 your mistaken because the reverse should be the case. Parents should not be permissive (I mean permissive parent tend to raise irresponsible kids, a me first kids), they shouldn't be authoritarian but rather the should strike balance ⚖️ between being authoritarian and permissive ~ Authoritative.
