![Hello kid lovers, good day to us. Sure we are doing well. I am happy to be here to present to you the need for a child to be Diligent. Endeavour to join me throughout this presentation.

According to Miriam Webster,

"Diligence is defined as- steady, earnest and energetic effort; devoted and painstaking work and application to accomplish an undertaking."

Why Important
The following are the reasons why this essential quality is necessary in a child:

• It aids in a child's mental development. Children do well both at home and at school when they are not lazy about work. They reason on matters and come up with a workable plan. For instance, they do not wait for instructions before getting on a particular chore at home.

I take the case study of my nice, Roseline. She is very diligent. She does not wait for you to chase after her before she can engage in any available chore at home. Instead she ask me what she will do especially the morning chores. You can see her from the following images doing some of them.

These quality has really shaped her and it will be of immense help to her whenever she make her own home.

At school also, she does well academically as a result of her developing this qualify - diligence. Even with the use of modern technological device like phone. She loves music, especially the children songs from JW.Org website and their videos.

-It also aids children emotional and physical development. It makes children happy when they engage in energetic work, thereby uplifting their spirit. Even physically too - they active as well as their health. This quality help them to avoid obesity.

In turn their parents are happy as they take their part in household chores. I love my nice as she really do her part as the image below shows.

She loves eating fruits like paw paw and others that help her growth and development.

The need for parents to inculcate this quality in their kids is highly appreciated. Thus, we are encouraged by this do our best in carrying our children along as we engage daily even on the energetic works/chores at home and outside the home.
