Question One
Vocabulary Development is the art of developing new words.As we are growing and learning we learn new words almost each day.We can learn new vocabularies from reading textbooks,papers,or even from movies.So Vocabulary development is a process of acquiring or learning new words.

Question Two
Vocabulary words that I have acquired are:

Decent=Good
Ubiquitous=Being Everywhere
Infallible=Without mistake
Invaluable=very important
Feeble=Weak
Pandemonium=Confusion
Startled=Surprised
Shudder=Shocked

Question Three
English is made compulsory because it is a means of communication.Even in mathematics and sciences,English is used.

All every area of life be it bussiness, sports etc.English is used to write reciepts for business transaction.

I believe English is made compulsory because its importance in all areas of life cannot be quantified.For example people on Steemit
including Mrs @ngoenyi speaks English on Steemit.
