Hello amazing little kids of this great community, it is my pleasure to be making a post once again in this community, about the food challenge, it has really been a fulfilling week for me and I have really enjoyed it, this week's food is also yummy just like every other days food. And as always since it is a challenging, mistakes are bound to be made you know.

So for this week I decided to be simple and make

BEANS AND UNRIPE PLANTAIN

For this week's food challenge, the food is really easy and does not require much strength to make.
So here are the ingredients:

  • Beans
  • Unripe plantain
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Seasoning cubes

N/B: images will be shown in the picture gallery
  • To begin, I started by selecting the beans, this is to remove any possible dirt that may be in the beans.

  • Next after that, I wash the beans, to remove more dirt and then, put it in the pot of already warm water.

  • Then I start cutting the onions, this is very essential in beans because it is most likely where the beans has its unique taste,well that's my family, what about you?

  • Then next, I quickly peel the back off the plantain, and then cut it into four sizes by dividing it Into four.

  • The beans that must have done is then brought down after it has been parboiled, and it is then washed off, and put on fire again, and allowed to boil.

  • Once it boils you put the onions,and then you put pepper, and lastly the plantain, and then salt. And stir well.

  • To complete the process you, you add red oil, and the crayfish, and a little vegetables, to spice it up, and then add the seasoning cubes and then it is all ready.

Beans are very healthy and nutritious foods, it contains protein and can help in the building of body tissues, I hope you try this out someday.
