Effects of bullying and how kids can win over their bullies
What is Bullying?
Bullying is an unwanted or aggressive behaviour
mostly among school children that involves power imbalance. It is also the use of force or hurtful threat to intimidate a person or group of people. It is also defined as a repeated behavior or action used to hurt a person.
I have not experienced bullying before, but it is mostly found in schools of today, which is prevalent among secondary schools.
Mostly between seniors and juniors.
I also have not been bullied before but from the experiences of people I have heard being bullied, it is not a good experience, it is really painful, I'd it is mostly the use of verbal bullying, I think that it's probably the one that hurts the most.
That leads to the forms of bullying
Forms of bullying
Verbal bullying: This is the use of verbal words or statement, or perhaps name calling, to gain control over a person. Most people use relentless insult to demean and hurt another person.
Relational Aggression: This refers to the use of fake news.Most of them spread fake rumours and so on.
Cyber bullying: This is the use of the internet or smart phone or technology to embarrass a person. For example posting hurtful images or making threats online, sending hurtful emails or texts.
Physical bullying: This is the use of fist, or physical effects. It involves assault and inflicting of physical injury in a person.
How can kids win over bullies
Most bullies today persevere in the attitude to particular groups of people, but by following these ways you can beat a bully without the use of fist.

One can use humour to defuse the situation
You can also seek help from mature freinds and family members.
Why might kids be bullied
In most schools, it is kids who Are intelligent, because they mostly get the teachers attention, they might be jealous.
Because of the person's race or country
Because of an illness
A person's religious beliefs
Lastly though
Effects of bullying
Bullying has a large amount of emotional effect on the receiver, some of them are
- Depression
- Increased feeling of sadness
- Loss of interest in activities
- Fear
*Suicidal thoughts
Conclusion,
Bullying is not a good picture to paint in the minds of people, So we all should never wish to be a victim of such.

Suicide! It’s such a scary thought but it happens even with kids in primary school.
So sad! 😢
