It is of high essentiality for both parents and kid to be aware of the amount of vitamins a child needs.the kind of food and the amount of nutrients taken in by a kid should be of priority to the parents, because it is at stage you start deciding how you want your child in the future.

Before proceeding I will like to enlighten on what are vitamins!!

what are vitamins

In the simplest of terms, vitamins are substance which our body needs to function and develop normally.they comprises of vitamin A, vitamin B,vitamin C,vitamin E,vitamin K etc.each of this vitamins have specific roles they play in the development of the body .just as it is mostly advised that "if a Farmer want his crops to grow to his desired satisfaction,he ought to give it the required nutrients at the early stage".so that also apply to kids,they need to be given the right amount of vitamins at their stage.

What are the importance of this vitamins to a kid

1) Vitamin A
Vitamin A is needed for good eyesight, healthy skin, growth and development of immune system.foods that provides of with vitamin A includes,egg,meat, fruits,sweet potatoes, carrots and liver.it will be nobody's fault but the parents to blame if they don't do everything in their power to provide their kid with this nutrients.a lack of this vitamin can cause low eyesight and poor growth and development.

2) vitamin B
Vitamin B are of (vitamin B1,B2,B3,B6 and B12),it duties are to make sure that energy are released from food ,so the nervous system and muscles will function properly.it also help in red blood cell production and promote growth.food that provides the body with vitamin B includes,meat, fish, cereal, yogurt, yeast and vegetables etc.

3) vitamin C
This enable the body fight against infection.foods that provides vitamin C includes, fruits and vegetables.

4) vitamin D
it helps the body absorb calcium to keep the bone strong and healthy.it is gotten from exposure to direct sunlight on our skin,foods like mushrooms, egg yolks,butter and margarine.

5) vitamin E
It boost the immune system and aids in the development of healthy skin and eye.it can be gotten from sunflower, seeds and nut.

6) vitamin K
It aid in blood clotting.it is gotten from,egg, leafy vegetables and beans etc.

This vitamins are to be taken in appropriate manner ,in the sense kid should tend to to take in all the vitamins not just one or two but all .

All this vitamins are of high essentiality to the body especially kids,when a child is deprive of this in the appropriate amount,it will tend to affect his or her development and also cause growth problems for that kid.so please endeavors parents to try your possible best to provide this vitamins at the highest quality and quantity for your child, because your child is your pride.

Also, Vitamin C prevents scurvy and builds strong teeth. Vitamins generally builds the body immunity. Thank you for this insightful lesson.
