Kindness

Kindness is a quality which everyone needs to cultivate . It is the quality of being friendly, generous and considerate . A kind person consider the feeling of others and always tries to help them . Kindness is a virtue to cultivate. It is also the act of being caring or warm in spirit. We can show kindness in different ways either by sharing what we have with others.

Who can show kindness

Everyone can show kindness, even a child, it doesn't matter age group or gender.

Have you shown kindness, how did you do it?

I have shown kindness in different aspects, such as lending money to a friend, giving a helping hand to my parents, and assisting older person's with house chores.

For example, when I went to my aunty yesterday I noticed she was tired and couldn't do some things at home like cooking, arranging of her clothes.

After exchanging greeting I assisted her to do some house chores. I displayed kindness by helping her.I hope you will agree with me that this is an act of kindness ?

She was really happy when I helped her , and because of the kindness I showed her she gave me some gift 🎁 which is also an act of kindness.

Has anyone shown you kindness before and how did you feel when you were shown kindness?
I have experience kindness in different ways and I really appreciate it especially when a friend send a kind note to me.

How did learn kindness and where?
I learnt how to be kind from the Bible , I also learnt it from my parents example of kindness.

How will the world look like if everyone cultivate this quality?
I think the world would be a better and happier place to live. I think it will create a sense of belonging and reduces isolation. We have the opportunity to be kind to others, just kindness can change the world.
