Hello everyone, am glad to participate in this contest.
Therefore, my favorite fruit is paw-paw. Many kids love different types of fruit. It has been my favorite fruit right from when I was little. Paw-paw is really a nice fruit.
1. What is your favorite fruit and why is it your favorite fruit?
As I said before, paw-paw is my favorite fruit. I took interest in it, because it is my aunt favorite fruit. It is also sweet and can also serve as a meal for me. I also like paw-paw because it is a very fleshy fruit that is healthy to consume. Paw-paw can also be used for fruit salad.
2. What are the health benefits and when do you eat it?
The health benefits of paw-paw
- It lowers cholesterol
- It helps boost immunity
- Great eye care
- It helps ease menstrual pain
- It promote hair growth
- Anti cancer properties ( paw-paw fight cancer )
- Relieves toothache
- Helps lose weight
- Reduce risk of heart disease
- Improving blood glucose
- Controlling people with diabetes
- Lowering blood pressure
- Asthma prevention
- Bone health
I enjoy eating paw-paw at night as it act as a laxative to me.
3. What is your advice to those who do not eat fruit?
I would like to advice young one's and kids to learn the habit of eating fruit. Because fruit helps and develop the body in so many ways.
