What is Social Environment?
What is the difference between primary social group and secondary social group?
A primary social group is a small group of individuals who are close in proximity and have strong, personal relationships. These include family, friends, and significant others. While a secondary social group is a larger, more impersonal group that individuals belong to based on shared characteristics or interests. Examples of secondary social groups include professional organizations, religious groups, and political parties.

What is conflict; and how best can it be resolved?
Conflict is a disagreement or clash of ideas, interests, or desires between two or more parties. Conflict resolution is the process of resolving a dispute or disagreement through communication and negotiation. It is best to resolve conflicts through open dialogue, understanding the needs of all parties, and finding a mutually beneficial solution. It is also important to recognize and respect the feelings of the other parties involved and to remain focused on the goal of achieving a resolution
