Hello fellow Steemians, and hello to you @drhira . Very interesting topic. School was the time where most mistakes were made. I remember that in school, unfortunately, I was always bullied, but there was also such a period that, unfortunately, I had to show my bad side.

When I went to technical school, a new person came to us in the 3rd grade. A boy joined the class. Very quiet, shy, full of acne on his face. He reminded me of me from the old days. Unfortunately, this boy could not fit into our class. He was just weird. I know it's not entirely his fault, it also depends on where he grew up, what his family situation is and so on. Unfortunately, they didn't think about it then as they do now.

My whole class laughed at him, I didn't really want to do it, I didn't like to laugh at someone, but to fit in with my class, unfortunately I did a little bit of it. I remember when in the school hall everyone teased him and unfortunately I was no better, I also laughed at him. My colleague once even put a bench on him and this boy could not get up from the floor. It made me laugh at the time, but now I see what a terrible experience this boy had.

After a while, I decided I didn't want to do that. Teasing other people to please the class is not good. Besides, I felt bad about it myself. Unfortunately, the boy could not withstand the pressure and left school. I remember meeting him on the street some time ago. I apologized to him for my behavior. He forgave me right away. What is the lesson of this? It's never worth judging someone by their looks. Everyone has experienced something different and everyone is different. Every person you know should be respected.

Doing things just to fit in sometimes makes us represent the person we are not .
Glad you learnt your lessons and moved on.

Best of luck my friend

MODs Comment/Recommendation: poor little boy, really felt terrible, it's good you later realized your mistake and apologized, it's not always good to fellow after the crowd. Continue to be active, and engage meaningfully with others, success!
