Hello kids and parents, am happy to bring a story of The Secret Of Happiness. Please sit tight and enjoy.

There resided in a cottage among the woods three brothers named Samuel, Timothy, and Xander. They were sincere and diligent. They would go into the forest every day to cut wood. They would later sell it in the market for a respectable sum. Their lives therefore went on in this way.

The brothers, though, were perpetually depressed and gloomy. They had a good life, yet they were sad. Every single person yearningly desired one thing or another.

One day, when Samuel, Timothy, and Xander were carrying their pile of logs back from the woods, they noticed an elderly, scrawny woman bending low and carrying a sack. The brothers promptly approached the destitute widow and offered to carry the sack all the way to her house since they were kind and compassionate.

She replied that the sack actually contained apples that she had gathered in the forest and grinned as she expressed her gratitude. After taking turns lugging the load, Samuel, Timothy, and Xander finally arrived at the woman's house exhausted.
This elderly woman had magical abilities and was not an ordinary human. She asked the brothers if there was anything she could do to aid them as a gift for their generosity and kindness.

Samuel responded, "We are not happy, and that has been our greatest cause of anxiety. What would make them happy, the woman enquired? Each brother mentioned a different item that would make him happy.
"I'd be content in a grand mansion with lots of maids. I could not ask for anything better, Samuel said.

"A large farm with a lot of produce would bring me happiness. Then I wouldn't have to worry about money," Timothy replied.

"I'd be pleased if I had a lovely wife. Her adorable tiny face would cheer me up and let me forget my problems every day once I got home, remarked Xander.
The elderly woman sighed and replied, "That's great. If these things will make you happy, you deserve them in every way for assisting a defenseless, destitute person like me. Each of you will discover your ideal home when you return there.

The brothers were surprised by this because they were unaware of the woman's abilities. However, they took a break and went back home.
However, lo and behold, a massive mansion with a doorman and several servants waiting outside was right next to their cottage. Samuel was welcomed and led inside. A patch of yellow farmland could be seen in the distance. It belongs to Timothy, a ploughman who arrived and declared as much said. Timothy cried out. A stunning young woman came up to Xander just then and subtly introduced herself as his wife. The brothers were overjoyed at this unexpected change of events.
They expressed gratitude to their lucky stars and adapted to their new way of life.

Days went by, and suddenly the year was finished. For Samuel, Timothy, and Xander, the situation had changed. Samuel was sick of being the owner of the mansion. He developed a sense of laziness and failed to direct his servants to take good care of the mansion. Timothy, who had constructed a respectable home close to his farms, found it difficult to occasionally plow the fields and sow seeds.
Xander also grew accustomed to his lovely wife and stopped enjoying having her around. In essence, they were all once more miserable.

The three of them got together one day and decided to go see the elderly woman at her house. "That woman has magical abilities that have made our fantasies come true. We must go and ask for her assistance right away nevertheless because we are no longer pleased. She is the one who can reveal to us the key to achieving happiness," declared Samuel.

The elderly woman was preparing stew in a pot when they arrived. Each of the brothers greeted her and explained how he had become sad once more. Timothy said, "Please tell us how we can be happy again." The elderly woman said. "Everything is in your control. You all were thrilled when your wishes were fulfilled, as you can see. Happiness, however, can never continue without a crucial component called contentment.

When you were happier before, but never truly pleased or satisfied, boredom and suffering overpowered you, and you once more fell into a state of sadness. You won't be able to completely experience the thrill of happiness unless you learn to be content.

After realizing their error, Samuel, Timothy, and Xander returned home. They realized how fortunate they were to already possess the gifts they had once yearned for. Samuel started taking good care of his mansion out of gratitude for having one. In order to get a good crop in a timely manner, Timothy started intensively plowing his property. Xander also came to appreciate his beautiful wife's devotion to him and her hard work around the house.

The brothers learned that contentment and happiness go hand in hand, and they vowed never to take their benefits for granted again. They continued to live a happy life as a result.
