My Vegetable and egusi recipe.

This is where all the items that i used for preparing my vegetable soup. It
Maggi 3 cubes ....100 naira
Pepper .......200 naira
Stockfish ......600 naira
Dry fish ........1,000
Salt ........300 naira but not all.
Plamoil ........300
It only cost me 2,600 naira, converting it to steem, which is about 8.3steem.

I started by placing the pot on fire and adding a normal quantity of water before i added my stockfish. I wanted the stockfish to cook well. That was the reason i added it first.

After 20 minutes of boiling together with the stockfish, I have to add maggi, pepper, and plamoil to it,then close it about 10 minutes to boil.

Then, I put the melon (egusi) inside the plate and added a little water and salt before I mixed it together. It's not going to be watering. Make it to be thick as you see how i made my own from this picture.

Then, put it when the soup is boiling and dont turn it,leave it for about 5 minutes and add your vegetables and my dry fish. The reason I said you should not turn the egusi (melon) is that if you turn it immediately, all the egusi will dissolve.

This is when I was about to add my vegetable as you can see not all the egusi that dissolved inside the pot. After adding the vegetables, i have to add salt to it.
After some minutes, i have to test it to see if there's any lacking ingredients like salt or maggi.

Now my soup is ready. You all are highly welcome to this blog.
