Hello kids today is Saturday no school and as such I know you will be free in the morning why not take 30 minutes of your morning let's do some exercise let's shake some fat away let's strengthens and muscles let's build up our body.

INTRODUCTION

Physical activities is vital for every growing up child. It helps to build up the muscles, lowers body fat this, preventing that child from being obese. It also grows the bones and as such every child should take part in it.

BENEFITS OF SPORTS TO KIDS


  • It helps to Increased Strength and Stamina

Participation in sports helps to strengthen your muscles which leads to an increase in strength and stamina. Moreover, sports typically involve different types of movement including both sudden moves and slow, steady movement, which can help kids to develop and strengthen both their muscles.

  • It controls chronic illness

The more active you are in sport kids, the healthier your heart and lungs tend to be. I believe you will like to have a healthy heart and lungs so therefore participating in sports can help the kids form a of habits that contribute to cardiorespiratory fitness and health.

  • It reduces stress

So many kids face stress while at school of home and then sport will help them come out from the streets and feel fine

  • It also make kids stay vibrant and active

With all this benefits I hope you will like to join me today and show me your pictures of sport. You can run, jump, play football, play badminton, dance etc take part in today's excercise activities.

Today's excercise is jumping jack

You all know how jumping jack is done, so do it at your home and leave your picture at the moment section of this post. You can take part in any excercise and drop your pictures too.

I am having lazy Saturday morning right now and this energetic post is encouraging me to do some physical activity too. I found this post really helpful and I am sure kids would think the same.
