INTRODUCTION

Hello my beautiful friends and kids of @steemkids community, how are you guys doing these new month, hope you're doing great and enjoying your new month.

You're welcome to another week Food Challenge Contest which is week #37 and it's being organized by steemkidss.
In my today's post i will be teaching you guys the steps i used in cooking my groundnut oil rice, it's a very easy steps though which of course if you follow you can cook by yourself.

I also want to thank @steemkidss for always organizing these contest, it really help a lot, because of these contest i have learn how to cook different kinds of food and am becoming perfect in cooking some of them.

RICE

It's a worldwide and popular food, which we can prepare it in different ways, you can cook it like that without putting anything and eat it with stew, sauce or pepper soup, you can also cook it as fried rice or salad rice, but today i want to cook it as groundnut oil rice.

INGREDIENTS USED IN COOKING GROUNDNUT OIL RICE

STEPS IN COOKING GROUNDNUT OIL RICE

Step 1

• The first thing you havebto do is to parboil the rice then you filter it.

Step 2

• After you have finished filtering it, you put it inside the pot and put water and cook it

Step 3

• Then you pound your crayfish and slice your onions then you grind your pepper if it wasn't the grinded one, you put them in a plate and keep it close

Step 4

• Then after five minute you put in all your ingredients (seasoning cubes, pepper, salt, crayfish, onions etc).

Step 5

• Then you stir it a little and then you cover the pot

Step 6

• Then after four minutes you put in your groundnut oil and cover the pot and wait for it to dry then you off the gas, and your food is ready to be eaten.
